Another of my obsessions -

- FOOD ! I love it !
At present we're heavily into healthy eating, so for lunch today we had Fritata - an Italian version of an omelette, but made in one piece, size adjusted according to number of people partaking. It's made with grated courgettes, cheese, eggs and appropriate seasoning, although I often use chopped spinach, as here, instead of courgettes - either is delicious, served with a tomato salad and balsamic dressing.
